01General Introduction

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the kritiya.net website and all associated services (hereinafter referred to as "kritiya" or the "Platform"). By registering on this Platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. kritiya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

02Account Registration & Management

The following conditions must be met to open an account on kritiya:

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely the member's responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• All documents required for KYC verification must be submitted on time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, kritiya reserves the right to immediately suspend that account.

03Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when using kritiya's betting services:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the match is called off or a technical issue occurs.
• If a technical issue on the website causes abnormal odds to be displayed, kritiya reserves the right to void any bets placed under those circumstances.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet is generally refunded.
• All online casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that is completely random and independently verifiable.
• If a bet is suspected to have been placed from multiple accounts simultaneously, all such bets may be voided.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on kritiya:

• Minimum deposit is ৳300; the maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 seconds to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The same bank account or mobile number cannot be linked to more than one kritiya account.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000. This limit may be higher for VIP members.

05Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Keep the following terms in mind to enjoy kritiya's various bonus and promotion offers:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — only one bonus can be used at a time.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Kritiya reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.
• Each voucher code used to claim a bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kritiya and may result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening an account solely to claim and withdraw bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using another person's identity or payment information.
• Exploiting technical errors or system glitches.
• Using betting bots or any automated software.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

07Account Closure & Appeals

Kritiya may temporarily or permanently close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

08Limitation of Liability

Kritiya will not be held responsible for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet connectivity issues.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar circumstances beyond our control.

09Responsible Gaming

Kritiya believes gaming should be entertaining, not overwhelming. We encourage all members to play responsibly. The following tools are always available for this purpose:

• Setting daily and weekly deposit limits.
• Setting a session time limit.
• Cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days.
